Support Role for a Legal Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to support our partner in a busy legal environment.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent administration skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Responsibilities will include preparing legal documents, managing diaries, typing dictaphone recordings, billing, filing, archiving, safe custody, and document formatting.

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 1 year's experience as a legal assistant, solid administration experience in a professional services environment, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We welcome applications from candidates who are law students and can commit to a minimum of 3 days per week.

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year's experience as a legal assistant or equivalent experience in a professional services environment.
  • Solid administration experience, with a focus on attention to detail and task prioritization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
