As a Mid-Weight Designer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging campaign assets across digital, print, and environmental platforms. You will collaborate with the team to ensure designs align with client goals, seasonal themes, and brand guidelines.

You will support campaign photoshoots from concept and props sourcing to studio bookings and logistics. Additionally, you will create polished layouts and mock-ups for presentations, client pitches, and final art. Your tasks will include formatting and finalizing files for digital and print production, liaising with vendors as needed.

You will also manage imagery sourcing, file organization, archiving, and campaign asset libraries. Furthermore, you will respond to feedback and iterate designs, contributing to a positive and solutions-focused creative culture.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of design experience in agency, publishing, or content studio environments. A strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is required.
