We are seeking an experienced and highly capable workshop leader to join our team in Wodonga.

About the Role

This is a pivotal position where you will lead, coach and develop an assigned team of Diesel Technicians in the workshop.

  • Oversee the workmanship and performance of assigned Diesel Technicians
  • Pursue continuous achievement of service labour targets with repair and maintenance work
  • Foster a safe working environment with a focus on ongoing improvement
  • Efficiently manage/monitor all work in progress to achieve benchmarks

  • Previous supervisory experience in a similar role
