Site Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned site operations manager to oversee the execution of our construction projects.

This role is responsible for coordinating site activities in accordance with the project plan to ensure timely delivery, optimal resource utilization, and adherence to safety protocols.

  • Ensure effective management of site resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, minimize delays, and optimize cost savings.
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence, quality, and teamwork among site staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress, and issues, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a site manager or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
