This Opportunity:

The Senior Associate in APAC Infrastructure will play a crucial role in business development, applying technical expertise to infrastructure and capital works project delivery and management. This position requires adaptability, strong relationship-building skills, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to business development activities, understanding client and bid requirements, and identifying solutions to challenges.
  • Manage research on industry trends, client or country-specific challenges, partners, competitors, and market intelligence gathering.
  • Lead specific components within projects, supporting the delivery of complex and challenging projects with minimal guidance.
  • Accurately track project income, prepare management/financial reports, and apply project cost management techniques.
  • Play a key role in scoping and hiring diverse and inclusive project teams, leveraging local and global expertise.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent level of experience.
  • Relevant work experience, preferably within a consulting or project management environment.
  • Exposure to business development, ideally within a consulting or project management environment.
  • Technical writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Financial and commercial acumen, including excellent skills in Excel.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively in teams and with clients.
  • Highly developed organizational skills, agility, and the ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks, and work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility to travel to various locations throughout the APAC region.
