Electrical and Instrumentation Trade Apprentice Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Electrical and Instrumentation Trade Apprentice. This four-year program combines hands-on work experience with formal education and training, providing a unique opportunity for personal and professional growth.

About the Role

This apprenticeship is designed to develop your skills and knowledge in electrical and instrumentation trades, with a focus on practical application and theoretical understanding. You will work closely with experienced tradespeople to gain valuable experience across a range of technical areas, including installation, maintenance, and repair.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist experienced tradespeople in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and instrumentation systems
  • Participate in on-the-job training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Attend offsite work placement and trade school to complete your apprenticeship
Requirements
  • Successful completion of Year 10, with preference given to those who have completed Year 12
  • Strong maths skills, with preference given to those who have completed Year 12 maths
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Local to Darwin, NT, with a reliable mode of transport to and from work and TAFE
  • Minimum 18 years of age, or turning 18 over the course of 2026
  • Proof of right to work in Australia
