The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Develop and implement budgeting and cash flow analysis and forecasting strategies to ensure the company's financial stability.

• Structure and analyze profit and loss information to inform business decisions.

• Gather and verify information for BAS and CTR submissions to ensure accuracy.

Financial Management

• Analyze labor costs and make recommendations for investments in machinery and equipment.

• Identify opportunities for investment in other Oakberry Corporate shops or business ventures and present financial information to shareholders.

• Maintain accurate records of shareholder investments, payouts, and loans.

Contract Management

• Analyze and renegotiate contracts for real estate and insurance to ensure optimal terms.

• Ensure the company remains solvent and compliant with ATO regulations.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping and accounting records.

Dividend Distribution

• Plan and implement dividend distributions to shareholders.

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in a financial role.

• Knowledge of bilateral taxation agreements between Australia and Brazil.
