Paddock Bakery, a thriving hospitality hotspot on the Gold Coast, is on the hunt for a seasoned Cafe / Restaurant Manager to join their team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of up to 50 staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high standards are consistently met.
  • Oversee all facets of venue operations, including compliance, inventory management, and staff performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-intensity hospitality environment, preferably in a management role.
  • Diploma-level qualification in Management or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • QLD RSA Certificate.
