We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Service Manager to lead our PCYC Dakabin Fun Squad Service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To manage the service effectively, ensuring it operates in compliance with government regulations, legislation, the National Quality Framework and organisational requirements.
  • To establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, promoting commitment to the PCYC brand while fostering a culture of safety that aligns with PCYC Queensland values.
About You:
  • You will require a minimum Diploma in childhood studies or equivalent qualifications recognised by the regulatory authority if you hold a qualification.
  • If you don't hold a qualification, you will need a minimum Certificate III in childhood studies or other recognised qualifications and be working towards a Diploma in childhood studies or equivalent qualifications.
