About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our data uplift team within the Customer Data Office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, understanding, and evaluating opportunities to apply data science and machine learning techniques to drive business value at the enterprise level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy data-driven solutions that address complex business problems.
  • Work across the full data science lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, to develop and implement data products and proof-of-concepts.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Mentor junior data professionals and contribute to the ongoing learning and development of the data team.
Requirements
  • Ph.D. or Master's Degree in a technical field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or Applied Mathematics.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end production-based machine learning pipeline development, including data preparation, model building, and deployment.
  • Strong programming skills, with expertise in data science tools and technologies, including Python.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, including Databricks, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Foundation in statistical modeling and advanced mathematical concepts, with the ability to apply these in a variety of data science contexts.
