Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a seasoned, no-nonsense project coordinator with proven experience to oversee our projects, strengthen our foundations, and lead with confidence. This is a hands-on role that demands accountability, direction, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong track record of on-time, on-budget delivery
  • Hands-on experience with project management software
  • Drive compliance with WHS standards and Australian construction regulations
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
  • Coordinate schedules, ensure timely delivery of materials, and manage expectations to keep projects on track
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all external trade partners
  • Takes charge while remaining approachable and collaborative
  • Authoritative without ego
  • Strong people-management skills to lead subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams

Requirements:

  • Mixed 5+ years in construction project management (residential & commercial)
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong track record of on-time, on-budget delivery
  • Hands-on experience with project management software (Buildertrend preferred, or similar: Procore, Aconex, MS Project)
  • Confident using tech for scheduling, budgeting, communication, and reporting
  • Proven experience working in construction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Flexible and willing to grow with a young, scaling company
