About the Role

  • We are looking for a skilled Registered Nurse with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care that upholds our core values of compassion, respect, integrity, kindness, and inclusiveness.
  • You will play a vital role in coordinating and delivering evidence-based care tailored to meet the unique needs of each resident, empowering them to maintain independence and lead fulfilling lives.
  • As a trusted member of our team, you will provide clinical support and advice as required, utilizing your expertise to ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
  • Your focus will be on ensuring the clinical care needs of residents are met, working closely with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.

Daily Responsibilities

  2. Provide complex clinical assessments and develop individualized care plans that cater to the specific needs of each resident.
  3. Ensure that all medical and personal care requirements are met, promoting a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
  4. Maintain effective communication with families, residents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care.
  5. Utilize resources and equipment effectively, adhering to organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements

  2. A current AHPRA registration and Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  3. At least 12 months experience post-registration qualification, with a strong background in aged care.
  4. Current driving license and CPR certificate.
  5. Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office Professional Suite (all applications).
  6. Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
  7. Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and prioritize work according to strict guidelines.
  8. Demonstrated decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict management skills.
