Role OverviewWe are seeking exceptional and experienced ICU Registered Nurses to join our team on a Casual basis, working with us across the Sydney Metropolitan area.
Responsibilities:- The ideal candidate must be currently registered with the AHPRA and possess prior Intensive Care experience.
- They will contribute to collecting accurate health care information and maintaining precise healthcare documentation as required.
- Furthermore, they will effectively communicate with patients and other healthcare team members.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in the field is mandatory.
- Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Nursing degree as a minimum requirement.
- Good critical thinking attributes and sound judgement skills are essential for this role.
- Previous monitoring/coordinating roles are also highly valued.
- In addition, excellent communication skills are necessary for success in this position.
- National Police Check and Working with Children Check are prerequisites for all candidates.
- The ideal candidate should be able to work flexibly, including AM, PM, night, and weekend shifts, as well as various locations and clients.
