About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Grocery Team Member to join our team at one of our IGA X-press partner sites. As a key member of our grocery team, you will be responsible for ordering, filling, and maintaining the quality of our grocery section.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the grocery section
  • Order and receive stock, ensuring accurate inventory management
  • Maintain high standards of product quality and presentation
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues promptly
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
About You

We are looking for a self-motivated and confident individual who is able to work unsupervised and as part of a team. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive 'can do' attitude and a strong work ethic.

Key Requirements:

  • Ability to work a variety of hours, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
