About the Role

We are seeking a Deli Team Member to join our team at Woolworths Supermarkets. As a Deli Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Restock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, including deli products.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25kg and stand for long periods of time.
