This exciting opportunity will see you partnering with stakeholders and hiring managers to provide timely pipelining, mapping, sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection of candidates who meet the requirements and competencies of roles.

  • Full life cycle recruiting - market analysis for competitive advantage, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiations.
  • Identify, develop, recommend and maintain a network of contacts and resources to generate qualified, diverse candidates in an effective manner.
  • Maintain accurate and concise records regarding the recruitment and selection process.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in an end-to-end, in-house recruitment role or recruitment agency, with solid knowledge of the market in terms of candidates and employers.

You will be a great communicator, a team player and a self-starter who can prioritise your work and manage multiple tasks with limited supervision.
