  • Negotiate prices with vendors and ensure the hotel's wine service is delivered professionally and consistently.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong knowledge of food and wine pairings, as well as good interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to quickly recall and share complex information about different types of wines, wine pairings, and tasting notes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
