We're seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional support services to individuals with communication disorders.

Job Summary

This role involves managing a caseload and providing timely therapeutic services in clinic and community settings. You'll work closely with early years children (0-5) on speech sounds, language, feeding, and school-readiness, as well as supporting school-aged children (5-18) on literacy, social communication, speech, language, fluency, voice, feeding, and AAC assessment and implementation. Additionally, you'll help adults with functional communication, speech, language, fluency, dysphagia, and mealtime management, and provide neuro-affirming supports for our neurodivergent population across age groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services in clinic and community settings.
  • Work with early years children (0-5) on speech sounds, language, feeding, and school-readiness.
  • Support school-aged children (5-18) on literacy, social communication, speech, language, fluency, voice, feeding, and AAC assessment and implementation.
  • Help adults with functional communication, speech, language, fluency, dysphagia, and mealtime management.
  • Provide neuro-affirming supports for our neurodivergent population across age groups.
Qualifications
  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Speech Pathologist.
  • Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team and passion for collaboration.
  • A desire to make a real difference in the community.
