The purpose of this role is to oversee your own substantial portfolio of diverse corporate clients, adopting a proactive approach to all facets of account management and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Articulating insurable risks to your clients, crafting suitable insurance solutions, and negotiating to secure the best terms in the global insurance market.
  • Fostering relationships with our underwriting partners.
  • Managing your own budget, sales strategy, and receivables.
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

To be considered for this opportunity, we seek a minimum of 5 years' experience in a comparable role, ideally with exposure to mid to large corporate accounts, along with:

  • A sales-oriented mindset with the capability to build a long-term pipeline to support new business growth.
  • Extensive account management experience within general commercial insurance.
  • A proven history of achieving both financial and operational outcomes.
  • Highly developed communication and negotiation skills, complemented by a driven, passionate, and professional demeanor.
