About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to represent Nestlé in the Grocery channel. As a Retail Sales Representative, you will be responsible for negotiating, selling & building displays to optimise store presence for our products based on a weekly work plan.

This role requires flexibility, with availability between Wednesday to Friday essential, and the ability to work additional hours on a Monday and Tuesday during busy periods. You will work between 46-50 weeks of the year, excluding a shutdown period mid-year.

You will be supported by a Territory Sales Manager, but to be successful in this role, you will need to work autonomously. This role allows you to build strong, long-term relationships with Store Managers and represent Nestlé with pride, positivity, and passion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and sell display space to optimise store presence
  • Build and maintain displays to meet commercial outcomes
  • Work autonomously to achieve sales targets
