Position Overview
We are thrilled to present an opportunity for a proactive and motivated Fleet Manager, whose primary responsibility will be to ensure the optimal performance of TTI's fleet across the ANZ region. This role will emphasize continuous improvement and exceptional employee experience outcomes.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager ANZ, your daily responsibilities will encompass:
- Managing the governance, controls, and performance metrics for all fleet vehicles in ANZ.
- Collaborating closely with fleet service providers to guarantee high service standards and adherence to agreements.
- Identifying and executing strategies for ongoing enhancement.
- Generating quarterly performance reports and insights for senior management.
- Overseeing capital expenditures and reviewing month-end billing.
- Managing data related to FBT reporting.
- Supervising vehicle accident and incident insurance claim procedures.
- Providing mentorship and leadership to the Fleet Administrator.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in a similar Fleet Management capacity within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, along with excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the following attributes:
- Proven experience and understanding of fleet management practices is highly advantageous.
- Strong negotiation and influencing capabilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management abilities.
- A highly professional and dedicated approach to understanding our business and processes.
- Adaptability to changes in the work environment and the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent written communication and numeracy skills.
