As a Centre Director, you will lead a team of educators who are passionate about providing high-quality care and education to young children. You will be responsible for driving curriculum excellence, mentoring and coaching staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a centre director
- A Diploma in Early Childhood or Teaching Degree (ACECQA Approved)
- A current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Training and Child Protection Training
- Passion for play-based learning and driving quality practice
- Skill in managing budgets, rosters, compliance, and achieving KPI targets

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading your team with positivity and purpose – mentoring, coaching, and empowering educators daily
- Driving curriculum excellence in partnership with our Curriculum Practice Manager to ensure innovative and engaging programs
- Overseeing compliance across rosters, ratios, documentation, and health & safety requirements
- Building genuine relationships with families through communication, updates, and a welcoming environment
- Collaborating with head office support to maintain strong occupancy and attract top talent
- Representing Rise & Shine in the wider community through partnerships with schools, businesses, and networks
