Lead Educator Role

We are seeking a vibrant and inspiring educator to lead our early learning curriculum. As a Lead Educator, you will develop and implement the curriculum while fostering children's learning and development.

About Our Early Learning Service:
  • We offer 60 childcare places in a convenient location with access to public transport.
  • We use an online platform to communicate with families about their child's progress and encourage active participation.
  • Our centre is open from 6:30am-6:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the early childhood curriculum in collaboration with the teacher and leadership team.
  • Support children's learning and development by encouraging a strong sense of identity.
  • Contribute to achieving exceptional outcomes for children and educators.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in leading a team in a childcare setting.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
