We're seeking experienced Drive Thru Managers for our upcoming restaurant in the Northern Suburbs of Perth to deliver our exceptional experience in the fast lane.

About the Role

As a Drive Thru Manager, you will inspire teams, lead with energy, and create WOW moments for guests and the community. You will be pivotal in fostering a people-first culture filled with laughter, growth opportunities, and rewards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Team: Drive engagement and results with your team of 20–50 members.
  • Operational Ownership: Manage rostering, recruitment, stock, and compliance with support from your Area Manager.
  • Team Development: Conduct check-ins, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Financial Management: Oversee profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Community Engagement: Lead our Local Matters program to support local groups.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager: Assist in daily operations and leadership.
