Job Description

This role is part of a strategic initiative to drive organizational growth and development.

The Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative learning solutions that align with the company's business objectives.

They will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop holistic learning strategies, create engaging learning experiences, and measure program effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and delivering learning programs, preferably in a fast-paced environment. They should also possess strong project execution skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to influence without authority.
