About the Role

The MHDA Clinical Nurse Educator will work in mental health inpatient units and emergency consultation services, supporting the orientation and development of undergraduate and postgraduate nursing staff across the service.

The ideal candidate will be a confident team player with excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient-centred care, cultural safety, and continuous professional development.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing clinical education programs, collaborating with stakeholders, and working under direct line management.
