Mental Health Nurse Educator

The Clinical Nurse Educator will be responsible for supporting the orientation, learning and development of undergraduate and postgraduate nursing staff across the Mental Health Division service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement clinical education programs aligned with mental health nursing capabilities that incorporate recovery and trauma-informed care principles.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing, Workforce Development Coordinator, Consumer Participation Coordinator, Nurse Unit Managers, and Clinical Nurse Consultants to achieve program goals.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and passionate individual who can work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and respond effectively to changing clinical priorities.
Requirements- Current AHPRA registration.
- Proven ability to work flexibly and make decisions in a dynamic environment.
