Pest Control TechnicianA variety of pest control roles have become available, and we are seeking a Pest Control Technician to join our team.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of pest control work.Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out pest control jobbing work, including general pest treatments, bird work, and pre-construction termites.
  • Work in a wide range of environments, in all weather conditions.
  • Comfortable working at heights.
  • Excellent communication skills to manage client relationships.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and clients, both orally and in writing.
  • Physically fit and able to work autonomously, driving long distances.
  • High attention to detail to maintain high standards and achieve set targets.
  • Able to consistently work within safety parameters.
  • Confident using mobile technology.
  • Able to successfully acquire necessary certifications.
  • Escalate problems to relevant management where appropriate.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Pest Management Licence and 3+ years experience in the Pest Management industry OR willingness and aptitude to undertake studies and training to obtain Pest qualification.
  • Full Australian Drivers licence with a minimum 3 year driving history.
  • Ability to build customer relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as numeracy skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
