Key Roles and Responsibilities

This is a unique opportunity to lead the development of an asset finance division from the ground up.

As an experienced Asset Finance Broker, you will be responsible for setting the direction, establishing processes, nurturing key partnerships, and growing a high-performing portfolio from scratch.

You will be the driving force behind this exciting new chapter, working closely with our Mortgage Broking Team and Real Estate network to deliver a seamless client experience. You will also be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies that take our asset finance portfolio to the next level.

We are looking for someone who is not just great on paper, but also an aspiring leader, people person, and results-driven individual. If you have a solid background in asset finance, commercial lending, or financial services, and you know how to structure a deal that works for the client and the business, then we want to hear from you.

The successful candidate will have experience building relationships, confidence, charisma, and a customer-first mindset. They will be excited by the idea of creating something from scratch and will be motivated to shape the strategy and drive growth.
