Job Overview

This dynamic role plays a key part in supporting the Manager in delivering strategic projects and professional development programs tailored to the Spiritual Care Services team. You will foster a compassionate and skilled spiritual care workforce, ensuring those who provide this vital service are well-equipped to meet diverse community needs.

The Senior Project Officer will develop and maintain a strong knowledge of evidence-based spiritual care practices, leading initiatives that demonstrate real benefits within the healthcare setting. By translating data and research into innovative solutions, you will shape and enhance the spiritual wellbeing of CALHN's community, making a meaningful difference in holistic care offered.

About You
  • Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree in public health, allied health, and/or spiritual care
  • Proven ability to manage and evaluate large projects independently while meeting deadlines and priorities
  • Skilled in building strong stakeholder relationships and providing timely, high-quality advice on complex issues
  • Experience in spiritual care practice, project coordination, data analysis, and understanding of governance and equity principles
