About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Power Apps Developer to join our team at ORS Group. As a Power Apps Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom business apps that meet the needs of our internal service divisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop Power Apps solutions that meet business requirements
  • Work with stakeholders to define application needs and identify feasible solutions
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
  • Provide critical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive innovation and collaboration
  • Develop and maintain high-quality Power Apps applications that meet business needs
  • Partner with the Senior Systems Engineer to develop business cases and evaluate product value
  • Provide post-production support and implement fixes and enhancements
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience with the Power Platform is required
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate is highly regarded
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert is highly regarded
  • A portfolio of PowerApps examples is highly regarded
  • Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience is preferred
Technical Skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the Power Platform stack (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query)
  • Proven experience developing and supporting Canvas and Model Driven applications
  • Business-to-technology translation skills to identify ways to apply solutions to increase business value and performance
  • Experience with SharePoint design and development
  • An eye for clean, easy-to-use UI/UX implementations
  • Experience with Dataverse and developing Power Apps applications that leverage Dataverse as the data source
  • Experience in Automating Business Processes with Power Automate
  • Understanding of data privacy and information security best practices in a healthcare environment
