About the ORS Group

We are seeking a skilled Power Apps Developer to join our Information Technology team. As a Power Apps Developer, you will work across the Microsoft Power Apps Platform as a service suite to build and support custom business apps that meet the needs of our internal service divisions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Design, develop, and implement custom business apps using the Power Platform
* Collaborate with the Chief Information and Technology Officer and the Information Technology team to define application needs and identify feasible solutions
* Work with stakeholders to communicate progress and provide post-production support
* Develop and maintain all solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, reliability, and availability
* Drive innovation and collaboration with the newest advancements and features within the Power Platform

**Requirements:**

* 3 years of relevant experience with the Power Platform
* Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Solution Architect Expert
* Portfolio of Power Apps examples previously created
* Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience

**Technical Skills:**

* In-depth knowledge of the entire Power Platform stack (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query)
* Proven experience developing and supporting Canvas and Model Driven applications
* Business-to-technology translation skills
* Experience with SharePoint design and development
* Experience with Dataverse and developing Power Apps applications that leverage Dataverse as the data source
* Experience in Automating Business Processes with Power Automate
