Key Civil Engineering Position

The primary role of this position is to lead the design and delivery of various urban, land, and subdivision projects in both public and private sectors.

This involves resolving design constraints, coordinating projects, interacting with multiple disciplines, and delivering projects with the support of a multidisciplinary team.

  • Lead civil design, project coordination, and project management on urban, land, and subdivision projects
  • Prepare technical reports and specifications
  • Provide technical expertise to clients and support projects
  • Manage projects, including scheduling and preparation of project budgets
  • Coordinate between disciplines on multidisciplinary projects
  • Prepare and review proposals, variation estimates, and submission documents
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge and skills in civil engineering, including planning, design, and construction
  • Maintain existing relationships and develop new ones with key clients
  • Assist in securing and delivering projects through business development and client relationship management
