Senior Specialist Mental Health Worker

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and nurses, to ensure comprehensive support and coordination of care.

Requirements:

  • Professional 3 level experience in mental health or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.

Working Conditions:

  • Work in various settings, including custodial locations and community-based programs.
  • May be required to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends, depending on client needs and service requirements.
