Job Title: Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Truck Driver to join our IIQAF supply chain logistics team. As a key member of our transportation department, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods and materials across various routes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport finished goods and raw materials to and from manufacturing plants, retail centers, and distribution facilities.
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical integrity and safety.
  • Plan and optimize routes to meet delivery schedules and deadlines.
  • Accurately document work hours, kilometres driven, and fuel/toll expenses.
  • Operate and maintain electronic equipment, including GPS and AVL units.
  • Comply with all relevant truck driving regulations, company policies, and procedures.
  • Load and unload cargo safely and efficiently.
  • Verify delivery instructions and report any defects or issues.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a truck driver with a valid commercial driver's license.
  • Hands-on experience with electronic equipment and software.
  • Ability to work long hours and travel regularly.
  • Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations.
  • Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations.
  • Willingness to undergo background and drug checks.
  • Trucking school diploma or equivalent.
