Job Title: MR Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled MR Truck Driver to join our team at Driver Hire Australia. As a leading recruitment agency specializing in the transport and logistics sector, we provide top-notch recruitment services for both casual and permanent roles.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for safely loading, transporting, and unloading goods at multiple stops throughout the day. They will also be required to navigate and reverse around the depot, provide excellent customer service during deliveries, and maintain accurate paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely load, transport, and unload goods at multiple stops throughout the day
  • Navigate and reverse around the depot
  • Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
  • Maintain accurate paperwork
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
  • Adhere to Occupation Health and Safety procedures
  • Adhere to Driver Fatigue Management regulations
Requirements:
  • Medium Rigid (MR) Truck Driver's Licence
  • Minimum 1 year Truck driving experience
  • HIAB experience required for the Emu Plains role
  • Experience using RF Scanners
  • Physically fit - ability to perform manual labour as needed
  • Strong time management skills to ensure timely deliveries
  • Good communication skills
  • Good attention to detail and high procedural compliance
  • Have a good Driving Record
  • An up-to-date Resume
  • Unlimited work rights in Australia
