Aao Meat Inspector Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Aao Meat Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

As an Aao Meat Inspector, you will be responsible for performing Post Mortem inspections on retained rail and reporting findings in accordance with legislative requirements. You will also be expected to maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all safe working procedures and practices.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Certificate 3 or 4 in Meat Processing (Meat Safety), competence in knife sharpening and maintenance, and experience working in a meat processing environment. Additionally, you will need to be able to work independently or as part of a team with reporting protocols.
