Trainee Meat Processor

About this role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Trainee Meat Inspector to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of meat products.

As a Trainee Meat Inspector, your primary responsibility will be to inspect animal carcasses, meat, and meat products to ensure compliance with government and industry standards. You will also be responsible for completing a Certificate 3 in Meat Processing (Meat Safety) or Certificate 4 in Meat Processing (Meat Safety).

Key duties include:

• Inspecting animal carcasses, meat, and meat products to ensure compliance with government and industry standards.
• Ensuring all meat inspection compliance requirements are met.
• Completing a Certificate 3 in Meat Processing (Meat Safety) or Certificate 4 in Meat Processing (Meat Safety).
