Petstock Retail Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Pet Care Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and offering expert advice on pet care and products.
About the Role:
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers have a memorable and meaningful experience in store.
- Pet Care Advice: Inspire and educate customers on the best care and products for their pets, providing a personalized experience.
- Sales and Merchandising: Complete sales transactions, aim to reach set store sales goals, and ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
What We Require:
- A passion for animals and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience in a similar retail environment, preferably in pet care.
- Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Physical fitness to handle products up to 20kgs and flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
