About This Opportunity

This role is focused on delivering expert clinical advice, educating patients and their families, and driving research initiatives in renal services and transplant preparation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver tailored care for patients preparing for transplant

Work Environment

This position offers the opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with Nurses, Dietitians, Social Workers, and Medical Specialists to provide comprehensive care to patients and their families.

Requirements
  • A current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration
  • At least 5 years full-time equivalent post-registration experience in the specialty field
  • Postgraduate nursing qualifications relevant to the field or other qualifications/experience deemed appropriate by NSW Health
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
