About the Role
We are seeking an experienced General Practitioner to join our team as a Medical Director, responsible for providing clinical leadership and guiding the strategic direction of our clinic.
Job Summary
This full-time position offers a competitive remuneration package, with an estimated annual salary of $250,000-$300,000, depending on experience. The successful candidate will enjoy flexible hours, no late nights or weekends, and comprehensive support from our experienced nursing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight to the clinic's medical staff
- Develop and implement effective clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and expansion
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that align with best practice
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
A minimum of 5 years' experience as a General PractitionerExcellent clinical skills and a strong understanding of general practice principlesProven leadership and management abilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsBenefits
