Girls Basketball Team Leader

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Middle School Girls Basketball Coach to lead our team. As a key member of our coaching staff, the successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and developing the skills of our young athletes.
About the Role:
The Middle School Girls Basketball Coach will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive training programs and practice schedules that cater to the needs of individual players and the team as a whole. This includes instructing and demonstrating skill sets and techniques necessary for individual and team achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of student athletes to achieve their best in basketball.
- Skill Development: Design and implement training programs to develop the skills of individual players and the team as a whole.
- Scheduling and Logistics: Schedule non-region games and arrange transportation for away games.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all sport equipment and uniforms are properly stored and maintained.
- Discipline and Sportsmanship: Enforce discipline policies and emphasize sportsmanship among players, coaches, and officials.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with Athletic Director, Principal, students, staff, parents, and fellow coaches.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Coaching Experience: Preferred but not essential.
