Paving Expert for Emerging Infrastructure Projects

Aptella PaveSmart is a pioneering survey and paving services provider, serving major infrastructure projects across Australasia and the USA. With a strong focus on asphalt surfacing and innovative technologies, we aim to deliver exceptional results and ensure client satisfaction.

As a Paving Expert with Aptella PaveSmart, you will have the opportunity to work with our proprietary Pavesmart Technology and other level control systems to assist in the material laying process. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with site supervisors and engineering staff on a daily basis
  • Communicating regularly with plant operators and site staff to maintain level controls
  • Operating Asphalt Paving Machines using our proprietary PaveSmart system
  • Installing control networks

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • Survey experience, particularly in asphalt paving projects
  • Current Driver Licence and Construction Induction Card
  • RII and/or VOCs certification (nice to have)
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • High reliability and punctuality
  • Able to work day, night, weekend shifts, and travel as required
  • Able to pass a pre-employment medical and police check

We offer an attractive salary package of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Our benefits include:
