Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Scientist to join our Bioscience team. As an Associate Scientist, you will be responsible for conducting microbiological and biochemical testing with precision and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform experimental data analysis with meticulous attention to detail and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Mentor junior team members and ensure laboratory practices meet the highest quality and compliance standards.
  • Work closely with senior team members with minimal supervision.
  • Develop and maintain Work Instructions (WIQs) and Standard Test Methods (STMs) to support smooth laboratory operations.
  • Provide guidance and training on scientific techniques and quality procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of experimental details using Electronic Lab Books.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in microbiology, biochemistry, or a related biological science discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a relevant laboratory environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word essential).
