Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill a Field Supervisor position.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in telecommunications, supervisory skills, and the ability to manage subcontractors in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and prepare site works, ensuring well-organized and efficient construction activities.
  • Lead and support teams on-site, working closely with subcontractors and colleagues to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate and communicate, providing clear guidance, escalating issues when needed, and keeping clients and supervisors informed.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and resources, overseeing HSE practices, checking work standards, and making sure materials and equipment are available when needed.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
