Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop a coherent plan for IT system rationalisation.
- Develop a business roadmap aligned with our ITS pattern/approach, operating in a largely self-directed manner.
- Design and implement a federated authentication solution to external parties, as well as user account lifecycle management.
- Work closely with technology architects to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Extensive experience in business stakeholder collaboration and communication in large, complex environments.
- Strong background in shaping business transformation in organisations with complex business ecosystems.
- Strong background in digital identity and digital credentials, beyond technical 'user level' identity and access management.
- Ability to develop a business roadmap and IT system rationalisation plan in collaboration with technology architects.
