">Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Assessor to join our team. As a Building Assessor, you will be responsible for collecting data with tablets, 3D imaging or thermal cameras, and drones on various facilities across Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and record data on the type, location, and condition of mechanical/electrical building systems, fixtures, and building fabrics.
  • Provide thorough and accurate data capture, ensuring data is uploaded as directed to minimize risk of data loss.
  • Craft highly precise and detailed reports for assessments when required.
  • Actively engage with the team to maintain accuracy and verify data capture quality.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid Victorian driver's license.
  • A current Employee Working with Children Check or the ability to obtain one.
  • National Police Check, White Card, and proof of Covid-19 vaccination.
  • Exceptional level of attention to detail and proven ability to capture high-quality data on a range of assets in a commercial environment.
  • Proficient with the use and troubleshooting of smartphones, laptops, tablets, and cameras.
  • Professional demeanor and the capability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
  • An appropriate level of physical fitness, as this role will require walking around large sites and being on your feet for long periods of time.
