Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in SAP and data analytics, with experience in Order to Cash, Record to Report, and Ecommerce applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Improve business processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and detail process requirements.
  • Document business blueprints, including end-to-end processes, data, and change impacts.
  • Support Project Manager and Process Lead in process and data governance.
  • Work closely with System Integrator, SAP/IT COE teams to develop technical solutions.
  • Establish interfacing processes, interface setup, and testing.
  • Coordinate systems master data and facilitate User Acceptance Testing.

Qualifications:

  • Strong SAP and data analytics experience (Order to Cash, Record to Report, Ecommerce applications).
  • Strong understanding of operations, customer, retail, and supply chain processes and practices working in a manufacturing business with a strong MRP-driven environment.
  • Relevant formal qualifications.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Methodical, analytical, and an ability to challenge current processes.
  • Intermediate knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite.
