This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Men Choosing Respect program as a qualified and experienced youth therapist. You will provide trauma-informed therapy and promote safety, wellbeing and development for children and their families.
About the Role:- You will conduct assessments, create case plans and provide therapeutic interventions to young people and families.
- Conduct risk assessments and safety planning for clients affected by family and domestic violence and provide outreach services as required.
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based services that promote child development, healthy attachment, protective behaviours and life skills.
- Work within a therapeutic framework to ensure consistency and quality of service delivery.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health, Counselling or related field.
- At least 3 years' experience providing youth therapy and working with families experiencing complex needs, including family and domestic violence.
