Job Overview

A high-quality pest control service technician is required to provide professional pest solutions to clients. This individual will communicate effectively with customers to resolve their pest problems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Efficiently managing assigned routes through product and equipment inventory, customer records, and effective communication with customers.
  • Actioning enquiries and leads promptly and efficiently.

Key Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A General Pest qualification (desirable) and Termite qualification (desirable).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
  • A positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
  • A current driver's license and a clean driving record.

Benefits Package

This role offers an attractive base salary, plus opportunities for overtime. You will also receive a starting rate of $25.95 per hour, plus superannuation, which increases to $27.61 per hour upon achievement of your General Pest license and then to $31.83 per hour upon completion of your Termite license.
